Introduction

This course will not only clarify how predictable we really are but also how you can tap into the secrets of matching people's behaviour to gain positive outcomes.

Course Aim

To present 'colours' in an interactive and participatory style. To give participants' the opportunity to develop strategies for communicating effectively.
