Microsoft Outlook - Advanced

Introduction

This course is designed to give the experienced Microsoft® Outlook user more advanced skills. Delegates will learn to add and edit new Outlook folders, use advanced e-mail features to format and manage messages, use the Calendar to schedule meetings and use advanced Contact features to integrate Outlook with other Office applications, and use Outlook with the Internet.

Course Aims

To show how Outlook can be used as an advanced contact tool via e-mail and task delegation. Also to show how Outlook can be used in a larger organisation to share calendars and arrange meetings.

Course Objectives

By the end of the course, delegates will be able to:

  • Fully utilise more advanced features of Microsoft Outlook
  • Integrate Outlook with other applications and office functions

Pre-requisites

We recommend that all those who attend are able to:

  • Use Outlook at an introductory level

Importing an Outlook file
