Microsoft Project Introduction (2 day course) Introduction This 2-day course introduces the delegates to the key concepts of project management and then takes them through setting up a project plan by creating tasks, setting time constraints and then adding resources such as people or equipment. The second day concentrates on running a project by posting progress, dealing with resource conflicts and managing multiple projects. Course Aims To provide an in depth knowledge of the use of Microsoft Project in creating a project plan and to show how it can be applied to the management of a project in a real situation.
