Word of Mouth Marketing - Introduction

Introduction

This course gives an introduction to the skills needed to grow your business using word of mouth marketing. This half-day instructor led course will be a combination of group discussion and hands-on practice. Each section of the course will provide an opportunity to explore the subject area, followed by an exercise to reinforce learning. All courses are highly interactive and we encourage all delegates to join in, to enhance their learning process.

Course Aim

To provide delegates with a good understanding of how to maximise profit-making opportunities from exhibitions.
