Nick Harrison

Nick offers a diverse range of skills and solutions in his specialist field of behavioural training, and brings a wealth of operational and commercial experience to his role as a training provider.

Internationally trained, Nick has worked with a variety of industries throughout the world, in his specialist areas of team, sales and conflict resolution.

Team Training

Certified as a DISC behavioural trainer, Nick provides courses which specifically address behavioural issues within the workplace and enable delegates to understand how their behaviour impacts on others; both staff and customers.

In addition to these bespoke training programmes, which develop communication skills, on-line individual DISC profiles are also available.

Sales Training

With experience of running a large Health and Fitness Club and achieving an award of 'leisure finance' club of the year, 2002, a solid skills background gained through intensive topic training he has helped numerous clients achieve quite remarkable results. Experience includes working with fitness, hotel retail and security industries UK and European based.

Each course is centred on the principles of DISC behavioural profiling. Focusing on interpersonal skills Nick helps clients develop confidence in communicating effectively, matching behaviour to that of their prospective buyer.

Conflict Resolution

With experience as a Royal Marine Officer and Hong Kong Police Inspector, Nick is able to offer specialist skills in personal safety and operational security topics; reinforced through his role as a conflict resolution trainer with Lancashire Constabulary and team development trainer at Bramshill Police College . Experience was also gained working independently as a Close Protection and Security Advisor to several international musical artists.

As a qualified teacher, gaining his Bachelor of Education degree in PE and History, Nick has specialised in behaviour and stress management. He has recently been approved as a conflict resolution trainer through the Counter Fraud Security Management Services and is considered competent to offer courses to all NHS Trusts.

With over 20 years of valuable experience Nick provides a unique and enthusiastic style, which has proven to be motivational in developing awareness and confidence in all his clients.
